In the East Bay Area up near the waters of the Delta it gets extremely windy. Sometimes the wind is strong enough to tear back shingles and cause a leak when it rains, these leaks can penetrate your attic insulation and lead to ceiling sheetrock damage. This happened to our client John. The damage was in his bathroom above his tub, so we had to take extra care not to cause and more damage while getting up high to fix his ceiling.
